1-on-1 MSCEIT Coaching Session #3

The Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) evaluates Emotional Intelligence through a series of objectives and interpersonal questions that measure your Emotional Intelligence abilities: • Forming the initial building foundations of the Refine Yourself: Leading with Emotional Intelligence program, the MSCEIT Assessment is a crucial part of the program that tests the respondent’s ability to perceive, use, understand, and regulate emotions. • Based on scenarios typical of everyday life, the MSCEIT measures how well people perform tasks and solve emotional problems, rather than having them provide their own subjective assessment of their emotional skills. • A personalized link will be sent to your email for you to access and complete the 1-hour assessment for submission. The assessment will be available for 7-days after your invitation is sent for your submission and completion. **The personalized debrief session is for a participant who has completed the MSCEIT (Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test) is designed to provide in-depth insights and learning opportunities in several key areas.
