The workshop will aim at exploring how to create impactful goals with the Objective and Key Results (OKR) goal-setting model, enhancing emotional intelligence to leverage performance & growth through the Conversation Feedback Recognition (CFR Model), and gaining insight from using the OFTA model for effective feedback.

- 2. CFR for EI-Inspired Performance: Discuss how Conversation, Feedback, and Recognition (CFR) contribute to an environment that fosters EI-inspired performance and growth.
- 3. Applying OFTA for Effective Feedback: Understand and apply the OFTA (Observation, Feeling, Thought, and Action) model to give constructive and effective feedback.
