Micro-credential training delivered to Frontline Workers and New Hires to drive industry excellence and attract the next generation of talent in food and beverage processing (and related businesses) in Canada. Comprehensive, online training (22 courses/ 48 hours) through a blended learning approach includes; onboarding, regular check-ins, goal-driven content, coaching, gamification and self-directed technical and social emotional learning.
