Effective Problem Solving

Everyone experiences problems from time to time. Some of our problems are big and complicated, while others may be more easily solved. There is no shortage of challenges or issues that can arise in the workplace. Logical reasoning to problems and decisions is the foundation of practical problem solving and decision making. Critical thinking enables us to avoid common obstacles, test our beliefs and assumptions, and correct distortions in our thought processes.
